Did you see that? It was me.... It was me taking a great big breath of air. Yes, I feel a breather coming on. I know I have said it before, but it really looks like I might get a chance to sit down and catch up again.
I think I might be back on the regular blog wagon again soon. I have missed you all, and really want to catch up soon. You know how good you feel, after you reconnect with someone, you have not talked too in a long time? Well, that's the feeling I want.
I've given up on sending thank you cards out, I'm in the middle of an audit, and Jane Anne, I promise you will see something from me one day.... Good grief, I have to take all my mail to the post office, because my mailman is a slug.
I promise to get some Halloween photo's up real soon. Anyone want to take a guess at what Goose dressed as? Oh, and I am hoping to pull a balloon photo together, for this weeks theme, over at I Heart Faces No promises on that one.
In other news, my sister is doing well. All of her numbers have recovered, from this round of chemo. We will look forward to hearing the news from the transplant team on the 13th of this month. Thank you all for continuing to keep her in prayer.
See you real soon...

glad things are looking up for you... you and your sister certainly need a break
Good to hear from you again Elaine...thinking of you and praying.
That is so good to hear Elaine. So happy that you are feeling a bit of breathing room. Praying for your sister.
Hey girl.. it's "la vida loca" for you right now, isn't it? And not so much in a good or fun way. It WILL get better, truly, and I pray that you get your breather. Transplant will be a hard, hard road, and if you need any contacts to talk to, let me know. There is light at the end of that road, but it can be hard to see, especially with Brook's challenges. We'll all be here, praying you through it.. and in the meantime, I hope to see some great updates and photos from you. Goose.. what was she? Hmmm... I know she had to be something beautiful. Most likely a princess of some sort, or Dorothy? She would make SUCH an awesome Dorothy....
BIG hugs....
Glad to see you in blogland ;)
I don't think I know what Goosie was. Hmmm
Continuing in prayer for Brook.
Glad to hear those numbers are looking good. :)
I'm guessing Goose went as a.....goose?
So happy to hear good news for your sister! Still praying of course.
Perhaps Goose was a princess?
No worries about mail for me, Elaine. Can't wait to see Halloween pictures of the kids! Glad your sister is doing well right now. I often miss seeing you in blogland and when I do, I say a prayer for you and your sister.
